Yeah the small debt is there but there is a limit in the amount of shares that can be converted per year affiliate with the note.

The maximum amount of shares they can 'cash in' is 500,000 per year. CEO addressed this issue in his last shareholder letter from Monday February 10th 2014. It is posted in the Intro section of the board.
