This is just plain stupid of Vinny.

If you are subpoenaed to give a deposition, you have to take it as seriously as if you were subpoenaed to appear in court.

Failure to show for a deposition can result in your being cited for contempt of court, which could lead to either a fine or jail time for you.

I expect that an order compelling deposition and a motion for sanctions was/would be filed imminently.

Absolute smack in the courts face.

Not the first hint of sanctions here either.

Following this as you just can't beat it for pure entertainment.
