It seems they do NOT need to give us shareholders a heads up, so no Notice is necessary , they can do what they feel is good for the company's future, My only problem is 95% of all the R/S I have ever seen always manage to back down to where it all started in the first place, I thought we would see a share buy back one day. oh well . ???
LOOK what happen to NYxxx as well as FPxxx , Both did reverse splits Both dropped like a rock right back down to where they started, before the reverse splits. IMO
