Pink sheets don't have options. They have to be registered with the sec to offer warrants. No on both.

To get clarification I asked Carol and this was her reply

"It is still classified as BNP, but it is different than anything we've sold commercially before."

I asked if it was a different agar so that is not what was meant.

I speculate that this might be what Michelle has come up with.
