Under Option agreement Treaty lost their offshore rights in 2012 by missing deadlines as agreement was designed to give them a share in the areas that they actually did work in.

I was wondering about the offshore and of course Treaty never mentioned it. They had a specific time frame to do seismic and exploration. Of course Treaty did not have the resources or expertise do any of that.

That means Treaty has been misleading folks all along about the possibility's with Tangung Offshore and the appointment of George W. Warren to the Treaty Energy board.
