At first I thought they had to sell by may 17
but now I think they only need to have a product available for sale.

So if you had to have the product ready would you have the deals in place before or after the deadline

I think he could do either

but I think the only thing standing in the way is the testing and approval of the weaves(by the companies with NDAs) and once all of that is done the dam will crack. Then we will see the contracts/JDA being signed.
