Just start reading through all the boards of de-listed stocks here on IHUB. Same kind of back and forth, but different players. "This was a scam" "no it isn't" "your a liar" "you can't handle the truth" etc.
As I wrote before, they usually just die on the vine as shareholders lose interest due to the obvious. Formal Communications by the company eventually ceases, or stops abruptly and those running the show just slink away. It's a tactic to get rid of shareholders, mixed in with some run around(shareholders sending e-mails, phone calls), thrown in for those shareholders who are a still too clingy and hard- headed to come to grips.
