The truth is, James already answered my questions. I can't say as his answers really told me anything that I could use, but that's more my issue than his on this board.
As for whether he's right or not... dunno. Dow has broken a pattern that should take it at least to your 11300 if not higher. Maybe it's the outlier index, as not everything has broken out. OK, BTK made a new high today and things like the BTK and RLX appear to be in uptrends, but that's not the semis!
