The MM handling the buy & sells isn't doing their job. I know there are millions of shares looking to be filled right now at a penny. (Ameritrade)

Why they are not filling the buys is anyone's guess?

I doubt it. Try selling them in smaller blocks. Throw 50,000 out and you might get a bite.
