I guess the question is who did the Walgreens info come from? If it came from Jason officially then yes, there shouldn't be an issue with him commenting on it. However, if this was from another source, which still may be legit info,but he probably can't comment either. Unfortunately or Fortunately, depending on your point of view, AVVAA needs to be looked at as new company from the time it's "new management" took over. It's just a waiting game. I also agree with 1anthoney's comment. While little bits of info in forum comments are nice, they still don't hold much weight. So it's best to give them time and wait until they have something significant to tell us. which Jason has been good about doing. IMO
