TD Ameritrade is bad...I have an account with them and was surprised I could not buy TTDZ.
Have Fidelity as well fortunately, ....TD is going to lose a lot of buisness with this Chill policy.

Right on Shark I went to Fidelity a long time ago and won't look back...Just get coded properly there and you have no worries

We are lucky up here in Canada we have no limitations on pennies and no rules about you have to wait until it settles before using the funds to buy another we buy. And sell all day without the need of settlement
