I am reviewing MRIB again. I exited the stock late November 2013 because I could not find information on license and permit for MRIB which now appears to be in progress. I am curious to know why the CEO did not apply for the licenses and permit before setting up distribution agreements in the States.

Another issue that bothered me about MRIB is the fact that there is no MIDS code and FDA # for the Armenian producer which are also requisite for making entry into the U.S. License and permit are not the only requirements to address here. Note that there are no records of this producer having exported products in to the U.S. in the past according to the USCBP/FDA database. What is the reason for this, does anyone know?
