Agree still 7 months away. IMO and I believe many would agree, factor in the real reality of Florida a friggen MAJOR hub for drug trafficking.

IMO Florida wants that good state tax money from the MMJ industry since they cant have coca.
Another great point, sadly Florida had a MAJOR disaster with synthetic THC(also know as spice) causing many kids and adults to become violent, dead or simply mind F^^KED..

Florida also has a major problem with black market prescription drugs. The police, FEDS & DEA have realized they have lost the MMJ GAME the only way to WIN is to tax it.

Florida is a landing spot 4 tourist, south beach, old people with arthritis and filled with a bunch of friggen loser pot heads. So IMO GARB WILL FRIGGEN RUN AND CRUSH WALLS TILL COPPER.

Florida passing this law = DONE DEAL

Why do I know this? They're voting on allowing medical marijuana use, not wild wild west style like colorado or washington with recreational use.

Florida already is the #1 state for pain killers / rx intake due to the retirement homes and in fact the biggest rx plants for narcotics in the US are in florida which have been cracked down on hard for abuse and even shutdown creating a shortage of supply in 2013. They were all wishing theyre was an alternative and by they I mean hospitals, doctors, patients etc.

it will pass

Since the medical marijuana movement began, twenty states and the District of Columbia, starting with California in 1996, have legalized medical cannabis or effectively decriminalized it: Alaska,[18] Arizona,[19] California,[20] Colorado,[21] Connecticut,[22][23] Delaware,[24][25] Hawaii,[26] Illinois, Maine,[27] Massachusetts, Michigan,[28] Montana,[29] Nevada,[30] New Hampshire, New Jersey,[31] New Mexico,[32] Oregon,[33] Rhode Island,[34] Vermont,[35] Washington;[36][37]
