Those reports don't. Technically these people are shorting but they have stock to cover as soon as they convert. You can summize what's going on first by reading their news releases about all the debentures they are issuing. Including today's 8k second their is no way anybody would be so stupid to short a sub penny stock. Think about it. You short 10 mil shares at .0012. It will never go to 0 so your upside is only around 5 grand. Your downside is infinite. It goes to 1 cent you lose 100k. Moreover no brokerage firm would let you short a stock like this. Not worth their while.
