Agree 100% logically thinking here. Heck it's guarantee it will run here just on speculation alone. When I use to flip and knew news was coming I would buy days before so I could sell right before close the day prior to news release. Even if the news was good or bad I made money but I know Bill wouldn't have people standing around for nothing face to face.
