#39254 RE: stockmojo9 #39253

So, the debtors better roll out the red carpet and find a deal to keep the business and business owners around.

what was wrong with EQR and AVB stock and 55 billion in NOL's
Cause the POR says liquidate the estate they have to sell.

What was wrong with keeping Archstone with 55 billion in NOL's (one hell of a cash business) cause the creditors said we don't want it sell it per the POR.

What was wrong with LAMCO and 55 billion in NOL's Creditors didn't want to mess with a business they want the cash.

I see a pattern developing here.

You are now getting down to the point where opportunities are shrinking as fast as the illiquid assets are and none of the creditors are saying hey lets start a new business... They are the ones that own the cash instead they are saying PUT THAT IN MY ACCOUNT N O W!

55 billion in NOLS are HUGE it takes a HUGE business like EQR and AVB combined to even scratch the surface. NADA nothing what's next? someone on this board keeps yelling Buffet LOL Well least that is pointed in the right direction anyway.

Time and illiquid assets are a very precious commodity and they are running out fast! Always IMHO!
