March 3, 2014 is the day when the RGI opens up with its new
CEO/ Mine Boss/ etc. IN CHARGE OF MINING. Also, Perry Leopold
duties will continue to be the CEO of NBRI as in the past.

We must see an acceleration of mining at the RUBT MINE and hopefully "GOLD" in an increasing amount to pay down this
toxic Tangiers Debt threatening to choke our NBRI down.
