I agree, but if there is no catalyst soon this may continue to drift downward.

Any company looking to buyout CHTP has an interest to just keep quiet and let the price drift downward and buyout at lesser price, IMO.

If two big pharma companies compete for a buyout, the look out, price will spike.

Holding a very small position, took profit in premarket as it was not going to open too high.
