It's a liquidity issue. There appear to be a few traders who have relatively large positions and feel they have to jump on every major bid. It becomes a game to sell a few K. I would suggest that anyone with a lot of this might want to relax awhile and stop shooting yourself in the foot.
In correspondences with Saagar, he has indicated that he has scouted out various venues to present the company in order to determine which are the most effective for long term game. He said he'd be putting in effort to get the word out once he had the results to demonstrate.
I think it's just a matter of time before a fund or two gets involved and provides support. There's always the possibility of "Seeking Alpha" igniting the volume as well.
