PMCM TO BE ACQUIRED

First of all, this is not a trap. I do not have the time luxury to post non-stop here but felt it was important to share what was discussed with David Michery at lengths. I ask questions that are important to shareholders and the company alike. There was a good dialogue last night and I felt there is a way to help PMCM with the small debt they have. If it were completely eliminated, this company has the potential to thrive.
