Without a doubt you will be doing great with that many shares. This is a buy and hold so any share amount is good. I'm with gipper, where's that extra money when you need it.
Look at the current dividend of Amgen. When Amgen was the size of AMBS it did not have anything near the pipeline of AMBS. Just ask the founder. I am happy to have his input in AMBS along with the others.
