Robb, you will surely recall the outcries of angst and all the related news coverage of retail misfill Rx errors that broke after USA Today's 4 part series, a few years back, that largely focused on Walgreens, CVS and Rite Aid. It does seem that the issue has either improved, or that media coverage has been overly oblivious if such errors remain frequent. Even one mistake in this area is one too many, IMO.
