Concept? What is the BTHR concept? The Moped Madman, our genius CEO, has blown all the company's money, he has diluted the stock from 2 million shares to 4 BILLION shares in two years, while simultaneously terminating every iota of business that ever existed. All BTHR employees and assets have been tossed out the door by The Moped Madman, and there is zero revenue and zero income in BTHR.

So let's review; there is no money, no viable public stock, no office, no business, and no employees. What exactly is "the concept"?
