I like your conviction. And your explanations.
I use charts, just not on OTC stocks. I just feel charts can be manipulated by too many factors on these levels. One investor decides to buy or sell a small fraction of shares can completely change a candlestick and give a false reading. Maybe I just don't have a great understanding of them. I will admit that.
I have never had overwhelming success chart trading a stock on the OTC. When I have, it was pure luck. I have had much success chart trading bigger index stocks. The Russell, Nasdaq, etc.
For my own educational purposes I will set aside my skepticism and give you the benefit of the doubt. Because like I said, you seem to have exceptional charting skills. Lets see what happens.
