Yes, if they are being built by a company they are done by now and like you said are just waiting for the takeover to be announced before going live.

In my opinion yes they are complete and ready to go. I think there are many things that are lined up and ready to go but as I have stated several times over the past 10 or so days the legal wheels just don't move all that swiftly and I believe they want to do this right. 700 million shares at .00405. They aren't doing it to break even or lose money.

I havent found anything about this company moving into the marijuana industry? anyone have any articles or anything?
