Sure, fire away. Say anything you want about Chase Fritz. And don't stop there. Feel free to talk about any or all of the consultants named by SCRC in its SEC filings such as Michael Hon or Bruce Berenberg or Robert Tippin or Jeffrey Supinsky or any of the other numerous promoters.

None of them have disclosed their compensated (and resulting conflict of interest) status in compliance with Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933. As such, all their hands are dirty. At least some of them had the sense to "curb their activities" after the SEC filings came out and their names became publicly known. Although they still committed crimes by failing to properly disclose their compensated status during last summer's P&D, I would surmise that it may be possible that their lack of activity since then may be a potential mitigating factor when the SEC digs itself out of its current backlog and gets around to investigating and prosecuting the complaints that have been filed.
