I disagree. Recognize the Chill as a heavy weight that's stifled every rally and strengthened every lag. Had their been no chill MDIN would have done what every MMJ stock has done; fly 10 fold. Instead it peters out at 3x and starts heading south quickly. This thing will not take off until the Chill is lifted.
