There is no specific link for the start date... It is Study 16 if you search for Bavituximab:

About 1/3 of the page down they list the following:

Estimated Enrollment: 24
Study Start Date: March 2014
Estimated Primary Completion Date: March 2016 (Final data collection date for primary outcome measure)
