No buddy you numbers are all wrong but here is some more numbers for you.

As of 10/2013 O/S 1.6 billion
As of 3/6/2014 (less than 5 months)

O/S approaching 7,000,000,000 billion.
The A/S of 10,000,000,000 billion will be maxed if possible within the spring.

Unfortunately these numbers are outdated. We are looking at closer to 6.7 6.8 billion in OS. There is no denying that there has to be a R/S sometime this year, IMO. No way around it with this SHare STructure.

But I do not believe it will happen until we generate revenue and the pps is somewhere between .001 and .005. The thing that concerns me is that if they decide to do it, it will be done without a shareholder vote.

Mods, the Share Structure at 2/18 is way outdated and 2.1 Billion shares off the current mark which would be clearly misleading. Please update.
