No. What you're insinuating that these shares are hitting the market as we speak. We don't know that! In addition who knows what the hell the terms were of that agreement.

Simply coming on here screaming dilution does nothing for your frustrated mentality. Don't jump to conclusions based off of a vague quarterly. There are a plethora of scenarios out there and yelling the word dilution is elementary logic at best!

Freely tradeable shares 1 YEAR from now. They must expect some kind of material development or else this could easily be in the trips.
