Of course you would do a swap if your one of Geralds allies (and a friendly investor). These so called investors will help propel the stock upward and do whats right for the company overall.
Its very good news to have cash on the balance sheet (their is dilution....but this newly structured deal looks less dilutive to me because the warrant and conversion look to be at higher prices).

Alapis, you are looking at as a retail investor, what is being said that instead of pricing our stock @ .10 we are pricing our stock at .18, that is what is being said. Remember this is the very early growth stage, funding is king at this point, not the value to these private holders. This is what is being said not the value of the stock to a retail holder.
