Facts

- Check the current PPS.....under .0030

- SEC 10Q has been over 4 years in the making, still not submitted

- Trading Volume now under 40 Million shares

- National TV Ads haven't started yet

- Scott raised the A/S to 6 Billion Shares

- Scott filed a SEC 10-12G instead of 10Q

- Scott said in 2013 that SEEK would no longer be a Pink Sheet Company.....its now the 2nd month of 2014 and SEEK is still Pink


IMO Scott needs to do more
