Fair enough, and I understand to a degree your red flag hunt - initially I was concerned Solar3D could be a scam (a concern that is the same for many other OTC stocks) but now that there is an income producing side to the company that no longer applies.
I agree that as the company moves forward better reporting is much more likely. This will be one of the things required to attract more "serious" investors.
