Thanks for sharing your opinion. You could be right. I may ask you though if you think we have a better chance of seeing dividends outside or in conservatorship? If what you say above is true then you don't think it matters.

I simply don't think that is the case. I think we will need our own new set of directors to declare dividends post conservatorship.
