you can find any evidence of an award date being specified....You are qualified to receive the divvy WHEN issued and to my knowledge "when" isn't specified....

Personally, I fine with this. At a 1:10 ratio "the divvy shrs are worth roughly $1.89 and the warrant lets you buy a share for $1, as it stands that's an 89% gain and puts the value of the warrant at $0.89....not bad but if the divvy is issued at .50 the divvy shrs are worth $5.00 and you can buy an additional share for $1 making the warrant worth $4 each....

From the company's perspective the warrants are used to generate cash, and they'll get a higher redemption rate if the warrants are worth $4 rather than $.89....
