I attended a question and answer session in Austin last week that clarifies my belief the gold bull is here. Explorers can't do anything when gold is lower in price than it costs to get it out of the ground. That is where miners have been. Once gold gets back across what it is projected to cost a miner to get to production, then they will be able to get the financing to explore again. They have probably been hesitant to drill while the gold price has been so low. Things are changing.
