Walt, Charlie Johnson is the lead miner and has mined around the world his whole life. I think he is more then qualified for the job.

I concur with Beau. The miners we have running the show are experienced and worked the Ruby before. Gary is doing a great job of sniffing out targets for us but it takes time & $ This is also where i am confused. Low productivity must (hope) be season related. Everyone assumed volume sampling would be much greater. Its not the lack of gold that is an issue my expectations were low for this particular channel.
