Mike, you can pump BW all you want. Go back and look at my past posts. I was once a believer. At some point reality sets in and you realize that BW is a joke.

I hope that things change but at 9.8 billion shares authorized, sure seems more like an ATM.

2010. 12 billion shares
2010. 1for 1000 reverse split
2012. 2.5 billion authorized
2012. BW claims end of capitalization
2014 9.8 billion authorized

Sure looking like wash, rinse, repeat operation.

Hope Im wrong, but not looking good.

Mike, here is my opinion

KU should not be in 90% of WMs right now. Never should have been stated that way. WM never intended to purchase the product. They were willing to give BW a spot on the shelf. Shareholders had to fund the product being placed on the shelf. Then as they were sold we would get paid.

Look at the logistics involved in putting that much product nation wide. We dont have the infrastructure established to do that. We need to go regional and grow from there. Put the distributors in place and establish the shipping routes.

His PR did exactly what he wanted it to do. He pumped the stock. Same thing when he went to NYC with T-shirts that had the ticker on it. Selling product or stock. You decide.

If weber did get a letter stating koma is finished in wall mart. Do you really think Weber would share it? Since Weber shares minimal information with share holders, and his financials look like a doodle, we have to look at the writing on the wall with some of this stuff.
