I disagree our experienced crew needs practice doing what they have done for years but do agree it will be some time before we become profitable. Glad this is not my only party ;)

Today our mining crew can remove 100 tons of gravels per week from a channel.

The CEO seems to disagree with you. They can only move 50 tons in a week according to the PR.

Overestimation only leads to over expectation and the huge let down. You should try to stick with what is made known as a fact from the company.
Overall they can blast cart and wash 110 tons in 3 months.
You can not just count the 1 hour per train load and say they can do 24 trains an day.

You MUST account for ALL activity and that activity began in early November and ended in early February. with a yield of 110 tons of stone. They will increase eventually but saying they are able to do 12x what they have is a bit silly.
