#42145 RE: Crow3 #42141

Speaking of Peeking:

One might want to focus on the fact they are currently focusing their resources on marketing and improving real-time (within seconds) chemical detection products using proprietary, patented and patents pending technologies. Their primary focus in 2013 was the continued development and enhancement of the ValiMed G4 system (“VG4”) for use in the pharmaceutical market and sales of our ID2 product for the security markets with their principal product lines. One should also note they continue to explore unique opportunities where its proprietary technology may provide low cost/real time solutions to growing security or liability concerns such as conducting urine, blood and saliva analysis for detecting illegal drugs and performance enhancement substances in the work place or sporting environment.

The contrast with the above important facts, as opposed to the 100% bashing that your post are about, shows the complete intent on causing harm to Cdex and its shareholders.

When one continually says: "CDEX history is that it is naught more than a share selling scam."" This is a deception of how last three years advancements in the company.

You also fail to mention they were able to produce, deliver, and provide training to their distributor in Kuwait, ten ValiMed CCT units. The units were placed in their respective hospitals and will be activated following the installation of a uniform drug dispersal system in all the client hospitals. It was noted that Cdex had yet to receive any recurring supplies revenue from the sale of the units in 2013. However, in fiscal 2014, they have begun to receive revenues from the maintenance contracts for each of these machines. They expect to begin receiving recurring revenue from cuvette sales for these machines in fiscal 2014.

Does the above paragraph sound like Cdex is not going to be around in 2014? Oops Whoops.

Then you also failed to talked about the ValiMed G4, where Cdex placed units in three beta sites around the country. The beta sites consisted of a highly acclaimed children’s hospital which is part of a large healthcare organization serving the western United States; the flagship hospital of a prestigious nationwide clinic, and a large metropolitan hospital. The three sites that were selected make up a good representation of the different types of facilities that Cdex expects will initially be serviced by the VG4. Once the beta testing is completed, Cdex expect to launch their system. Cdex then said the next phase of development will be to begin building the oncology formulary.

Does the above paragraph sound like Cdex is going to the pink sheets?

Of course it does not, but your post and others talk about nothing but deception of the company and those who work there.

The continual bashing of the company is hurting the company and the shareholders of the company.

We shareholders are well aware of the past failures of Boone, Baker, Ryles, Blair, Firmbach, Strickland, Shriver, and Philips.

The "PROOF" that Cdex is working to make Cdex and it's shareholders successful is in the above points.

Typing lies about Cdex is causing harm to shareholders.
