The AS # is accurate for sure. That number is listed on the Nevada papers that are in default, unless Aaron has paid Nevada to make them active again in the last several days. If they are active again, Aaron will be approving his 4th AS increase since he took over. He did 3 AS increases on Randy's actions of filing with the state of Nevada in a timely manner. The papers went into default when Aaron didn't file the annual list of officers by Sept. 30, 2012. They remained in Default until Aaron got them reinstated in early Sept. 2013 only to neglect the Sept. 30, 2013 annual and have remained in default since then.
The OS and the float numbers are from a disclosure for the period ending Sept. 30, 2012, published on Nov. 15, 2012. The last time Aaron provided shareholders with any financial information.
The TA won't tell investors anything except the AS.
