My feeling is that next week the unveiling will confirm that March is acquisition month. It could be this month...but I am thinking about 30 days from the issuance of the Preferred Shares.
I said imminent and I am sticking to my guns. This will not drag out for months on end as BP wants to brand Bavituximab from this point forward. PPHM could mess it up in Phase III and reduce valuation of the end product. The lead pi will define bavituximab and if it's not the right one the pi will taint bavituximab making it's usage by leading practitioners less likely. BP wants their PI's not PPHM's to move this forward!!
King will find himself sitting on the porcelain throne... if you will.... if he botches it at this point. I trust King will force the issue of figuring in royalty based sales. I think he once referenced that.
To those who think PPHM is only worth $25/sh on acquisition think again...

You didn't read of the KOL's before because they were not at issue.
After Brekken's appearance on the last annual and the company emphasizing how important it was to have the peer review, in other words OTHER non-PPHM people to join in, it was clear that the KOLs were only a matter of time.
I didn't expect that PPHM would have 4 at once. The reason you read about KOLs is not only because they recently joined the PPHM advisory board but that they start to show up around activities PPHM is participating in (see biopharm's posts).
I agree with your Ouija Board and 6 degrees of Separation. At the 3rd degree there is still a good connection but you are entering a stage where it is said you probably cannot ACTIVATE that correction.
