It would really be beneficial for either IMO.. Point is that CMIT is a PRIME candidate and I believe this is almost a done deal if not already.. I wonder who will be first to recognize this event and get the investors awareness.. It's the first in that will win on this one, and this should be very very soon.. again IMO.
