#11373 RE: fcpgalltheway #11372

alltheway, winter is winter, and if you lived here, outside of chicago, you would be even less a happy camper. almost 70" of snow already coupled with the third coldest temps in recorded history. you just have to take it all in stride, and drink heavily. lol.

marcum is clearly the key to having fcpg reemerge as an established and viable company. personally, i would think the 10k for 2012 should arrive by months end, and then every couple of weeks another filing. heaven help us if it takes until june 2014 to see everything. with the help of marcum, wang will have to make decisions that he has been avoiding for an extended period of time ----- what do you want to be when you grow up. there will not be another chance to reinvent fcpg, and as such, wang needs to leverage what he has in terms of revenue, and seek the appropriate partner, merger or acquisition. IMO, to try and grow as a separate entity in a markeplace that is outpacing fcpg's abilities, is a death knell. wang knows this, his board knows this, and the financials will bear this out too. financing will clearly be more readily available, but at what price? for wang, shareholders, private placement holders, the aforementioned is a requirement, not a luxury. its been a long haul, but i do see the sunlight coming through the clouds, even though i have even become less patient and accepting of the silence. one thing that fcpg can do asap to give shareholders and a few onlookers a bit of relief, is to clean up the damn website, a no brainer. rid the 'standard and poors' box that is useless and goes into outer space, give marcum a presence, eliminate old press releases that present fcpg in a bad light. a stripped down version is more appealing than one with total disarray and negativity. to whomever has the keys to the website, it takes less than 15 minutes. to a lesser degree, fcpg can tout some of their success without having to worry about legalities. david
