LOL! Nothing has changed except that Treaty has still not yet complied.

Treaty was trying to get out of the respocibilitys to plug the McComas well with those "meetings". Treaty lost... LOL!

I have a feeling that Treaty will do as the always do, and will not follow through. Treaty's MO is to do a lot of talking and to take little if any action.

Treaty has no rights to come on the Barnes property. They lost the lease and owe the landowner $70,000.00 in damages and until they pay they can't plug the wells. Treaty can't plug the wells until they take care of business upfront ahead of coming on the landowners property. Looks like Treaty will never get their P-5 back. The statement does not say anything about the landowner of the Barnes attending the meeting. I guess Treaty got things out of context again.
