I never said they weren't REAL.....I said

they weren't BINDING. Contracts can have TONS of contingencies and still be REAL.

They are likely to miss Q1, so they don't appear to be bound by time, even though Margrit said they were 5 year contracts ending in 2018.

That means 47 days have passed and nothing has been shipped. Less than 5 years left on the 5 year contract, right?

Why wasn't Marani bound to fulfill their end of the contract with Brazil and the Dominican??? Why are they "holding" product for US "demand"?? They have binding contracts with Brazil, the Dominican and Juggernaut Marketing...
