Let's get into the .02 to .03 range by the end of this week. That would set us up nice to breakout over .05 once we are over .03. Then when a low float stock like ELRA get's over .05 it is easy to get over .10 etc.

Honestly... Approved license and confirmation of shipments we will be at .04-.05 that day....

The license approval is a given, right? Shipments......

on the other hand will be the issue, as I see it. I base that on an "alleged" MRIB update on 2/13/14 that blames the CA ABC for halting production.

How many cases will be shipped? If it's only a container or two with a couple thousand cases, then what?

Shouldn't we see a minimum 20K cases ship? If we don't, what happens?

We are waiting on the license approval, but where's the label approvals for Brazil/DR? That would make a nice video, right?
