This basically proves the company ISN'T a scam. he sold at 6-7 cents. You would think an insider would know if a run to 15-29 cents was coming and not miss out like that so soon before it. He would have made 2-5x his money if he waited just a short amount of time. It means these tiny insider sales are meaningless and not indicative of anything...positive or negative.
