It looks good on paper doesnt it? I mean when you go over the fundamentals it is
a screaming buy. Here is a summary:

With Newmont closing at US$27.60, Moydow's US$20 Million worth of Newmont stock (price set at $25.50) is worth US$21.65 Million.
US$21.65 Million = CDN$30.7 Million

Shares outstanding after cancellation of Newmont shares = 26.41 Million

30.7/26.41 = CDN$1.16 per share

This doesnt include the NSR. Whats that worth? There has to be at least 2 million oz in Ntotoroso (conservative). That would mean a 2% return on 800,000 oz of gold

US$330 * 800,000 * 2% = US$5.28 Million = CDN $7.5 Million

7.5/26.41 = CDN$ .28 per share

Plus the enterprise value of the company. Lets say $ .10 per share.

Add it up you get 1.16 + .28 + .10 = $1.54/share

The big question is will the market wake up to this stock when news is released??

I wouldnt dismiss the Botwood Basin so fast. It's true that exploration so far hasnt turned up anything spectacular but the geology is prospective. It isnt by accident that companies like Barrick and GoldCorp are getting involved. I believe it will be only a matter of time before someone finds an economic deposit there and maybe it will be Moydow. They have a lot of ground staked.
