Well, the amendment that Tom submitted to the SEC doesn't seem to any new information and the financials were unaudited, best I read. As for the banking deal, while it will assist the growers and retailers of pot in some states, it doesn't impact RFMK much, imo.
Anyway, if Tom gets the company upgraded, it will not be a reason for the company to grow sales significantly or at all.
OTCQX and doesn't do anything but sell shares is no better than what they have been or are today. ;-)
